Booking conditions

A reservation will always be confirmed by SA CALM Apartments and the reservation conditions are as follows:

Payment Methods

-Card:

Online payment gateway. Virtual TPV that accepts any type of secure business card VISA, MASTERCARD, etc., through the technological support of Redsys and GES4T.

The tenant must pay partially or completely the final price of the reservation. If the payment is partial, derived from a discount. The final price, the remaining slope will have to be paid later, following indications of SA CALM apartments.

-Bank Transfer:

Bank transfer to the SA CALM Apartmentsaccount.

Payments

To confirm the reservation, the tenant must pay one of the total price as a advance payment or the total price. The remaining payment must be 7 days prior to arrival or upon arrival. If the payments are not made on time, APARTMENTS SA CALM reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Additional costs

  • Pet: Supplement of 5 €/day/pet
  • Drinker/Feeder: supplement of €20
  • Final Cleaning: €0
  • Deposit: €0, refundable at the end of the stay, if there is no damage.
  • Tourist Tax: 0.90 €/pax/night. Variable according to regulations: The Government of Catalonia defines the tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia. Applies to people older than 16 and with a maximum of 7 nights per law 5/2017, of 28 March, Title I, chapter VI, art. 22 to 50 – DOGC No. 7340 – 30/3/2017.

Normally, the deposit and the tourist tax are concepts that the tenant must pay the day of arrival in cash.

Modification of reservation

APARTMENTS SA CALM will inform the tenant whenever a modification of the reservation can be generated: final price, date of arrival, departure date or any other detail of the reservation.

Passenger registration

Before arrival or on the day of arrival, the tenant must provide the identity documents of the entire group. APARTMENTS SA CALM has the right to request all the identity documents to record the personal data and then communicate it to the police, as required by the rules of stays in tourist establishments.

Cancellation Policy

-Cancellation by the tenant:
-Refund of 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the date of entry.
-Refund of 100% of the amount paid up to 60 days before the date of entry.
-Cancellation by the property:

-For reasons of force majeure it may be necessary to cancel a reservation. In this case, the amount paid by the interested party/tenant in the concept of reservation will be refunded in full.
